Fantasy Football League Archive & Analytics
A Personal SaaS Product, Designed and Built Solo

Huddle History is a product I designed and built end to end: a place for fantasy football leagues to import their entire history and turn years of buried group-chat trash talk into permanent, computed records. It’s my own product, not client work, which meant every decision — the idea, the interface, the data model, the platform integrations — was mine to make and mine to ship.
The Problem
Every fantasy league builds up a decade of rivalries, legendary chokes, and championship runs that end up living nowhere except a group chat nobody scrolls back through. There was no single place where that history was permanent, computed, and easy to settle an argument with.
What I Built
- League import, starting with a full Sleeper integration and rolling out ESPN, Yahoo Fantasy, CBS Sports, and NFL Fantasy import behind the same flow.
- All-play standings that recompute what every team’s record would be if it played every other team every week, not just its actual schedule.
- AI-generated weekly recaps that only ever see the league’s own computed stats, so the write-up can roast a 3–9 record without inventing a fact to do it.
- Rivalry pages with lifetime head-to-head records, average margin, and a shareable permalink for every matchup.
- Live win-probability scoring, calculated from each league’s own historical scoring distribution instead of a generic model.
- A season yearbook and manager career pages, each published to a permanent URL — a champion’s run, every season superlative, and each manager’s own year in one place.
Design Approach
The interface is deliberately dark and data-forward: one accent color, heavy use of real computed numbers instead of decorative UI, and a voice that matches the audience — competitive, a little combative, “no vibes, just receipts.” Every stat on the page is meant to look like it could win an argument in a group chat, because that’s exactly its job.
Outcome
Huddle History is live at huddlehistory.com. It exists because I wanted to build something front to back on my own terms: my own idea, my own design system, my own data layer, deployed and running for real leagues to use.
